Hi, I’m Sarah Elmtalab

My passion for yoga and physical fitness started when I was in college and I’ve been practicing and teaching ever since. My classes are always engaging, productive, and fun. I am BIG on recovery, from foam rolling to epsom salts, cold plunges to infrared saunas. Yoga is more than just flexibility, it is important for athletes of all kinds to have the strength, focus, mobility, and recovery that yoga provides.

My classes are centered around being both accessible & enjoyable. I prioritize creating a welcoming & enjoyable class, every time.

All classes are designed to be productive. Beyond general fitness, I utilize treatments for stress & anxiety reduction, increased focus & concentration, all while promoting relaxation & general mediation practices to use in the heat of competition.
